Conflict Coaching

As a leader, sometimes it is difficult to know the best way to address or approach a conflict issue.  Conflict coaching allows you to walk through possible options that will best suit the parties involved.  We will help you assess the situation, consider possible options, and then develop a plan of action.  

 

Mediation

Conflict management and conflict resolution are two of the biggest challenges for any organization.  These challenges do not disappear simply because you are an employee of a company, a member of a church, or a leader in your own organization. Empower to Engage can work with your disputing congregants or leadership teams to help you resolve your disagreements. We also serve families, divorcing and unmarried couples, and communities in conflict.  Sessions are scheduled to suit the needs and availability of all parties involved.

Everyone has something to say.  All the ideas are important and need to be considered. What are the seven spheres of influence and why are they important?  If you are a pastor, minister, or lay leader and you are not familiar or equipped to prepare your church leaders or congregation on the importance of the seven spheres of influence and what you need to ignite a fire in your people to become people of relevance and impact, this workshop is for you!  The seven spheres of influence ideology challenges us to consider how we are impacting the areas of religion, business, media, family, education, government, and arts and entertainment.
