Husbands and wives, this is an opportunity for you to establish a vision and mission for your marriage.  Empower to Engage offers this 3-Day intensive facilitated working group around the most challenging topics faced in marriage including but not limited to finances, parenting, in-laws, health, communication and external relationships.  By the end of the weekend, you will be focused with goals and an action plan to move your family forward.  The investment is invaluable! 

Pre-Engagement Counseling

The best decision a couple can make is to sit down and discuss the hard topics, the uncomfortable questions, and get an honest neutral perspective regarding whether or not you are making the right decision about getting engaged. Couples often move too quickly, getting engaged before they have settled issues that can later become irreconcilable differences in the marriage relationship. Through Pre-Engagement Counseling, couples can participate in facilitated conversation that allows them to determine whether or not a pre-nuptial agreement should be considered. We are certified Marriage on the Rock trainers and can walk you through an in-depth discussion to help you make an informed decision about your future. 

Mediation

Conflict management and conflict resolution are two of the biggest challenges in relationships.  These challenges do not disappear simply because you avoid the issue or make up and move on. Empower to Engage can work with couples to help them resolve their disagreements. We also serve families, divorcing and unmarried couples, communities, and organizations in conflict.  Sessions are scheduled to suit the needs and availability of all parties involved. 

Workshops & Conferences

Empower to Engage offers a wide range of workshops and conferences to address everyday marital topics.
