Women’s Refinery

The responsibilities are endless. You are being pulled in various directions and you’re expected to “turn it on” every time your needed.   The expectation is that you are always ready, equipped, and happy.  It would be nice if these expectations could be negotiated based on how you truly feel on any given day…but they can’t.

Empower to Engage is offering workshops to attack the various issues we face as women.  There is a way to expand your capacity and challenge yourself to go higher, deeper, further, to accomplish all that is before you. In the refinery you can sharpen your emotional and spiritual responses, your leadership capabilities, and your clarity regarding your identity, talents, gifts, and abilities.  

 

Leadership Intensive

Leadership begins with you!  The most effective leaders of others are those who can consistently lead oneself with a high level of success.  Whether you are currently operating in a leadership position or you are not quite sure if you have leadership potential, Empower to Engage offers various leadership intensives to address topics related to personal character, establishing and breaking habits, mental, emotional and relationship challenges, family matters, or spiritual inadequacy.  

 

Career Pioneering

How do you know whether you are doing what you were created to do? Are you unsure about what your skills, abilities, and interests are? If you desire to do more, but just don’t know how to move your career to the next level, we can help!  Through our career pioneering workshops, Empower to Engage uses various personality, conflict management, and skills assessment inventories to expand your knowledge of who you are, your strengths, and how you address conflict.  With interactive groups, women will participate in role playing, exercises, and activities.  This is great for team building, organizations, ministries, and women’s groups.
