Tony’s corporate experience includes work for leading regional and multi-national companies in talent acquisition and contracts management. He works with organizational leaders where he has developed plans for strategic planning and workforce evaluation, re-engineered outsourcing departments and negotiated multi-million-dollar consulting and technology agreements. His passion is to work with people to make sure they are fulfilling their individual purposes and destinies. As a husband and father of 30 years, he has worked with his children, as well as other families as a college prep coach. He ignites awareness helping them realize their individual purposes and destinies by providing insight and guidance on career and college opportunities. He is also a family attorney, an author, certified Marriage Today and Marriage on the Rock trainer, as well as a marriage and relationship coach.
