Empower to Engage has released its very first children’s picture book: GROWING UP WITH BENDIE THE SQUIRREL: I CAN MAKE MY BED! 

This new book series, for children ages 4-8, will focus on helping parents teach their children important life skills as they gain new levels of independence. We believe when a child is successful in accomplishing small tasks, it helps their self-confidence grow in a healthy, balanced way.

As parents, we can support our children as they struggle, fail, try again, fail, try again, until they accomplish each difficult task. It’s our job to provide our encouragement and cheer them on as they keep putting forth consistent effort to learn and grow.  This process should be a natural and fun part of life.
